APG was engaged by the Client to perform various Consultancy Services under different packages and contracts including Design & Supervision of Tower Reception, Design and Supervision of 8 (Eight) Floors for SC staff, Supervision and Project Management of 4.5 (Four and Half) Floors for SC staff and complete redesign of Fire systems in the Tower and obtaining new approvals.  APG acted as Client representative leading design in all stages from Interior design, MEP, Structural and Fire Safety, monitoring the execution throughout the supervision stage and managing overall Projects until the handing over to the Client.
