Gharaffa complex is composed of five units unified with same height, consisting of basement, ground floor, mezzanine and one floor in each building. A complex contains a total of 243 shops and 76 offices. The concept is reflecting clean design lines with striking circular cantilever that encompass the entrance drop off area. A detailed traffic impact study is been undertaken at the moment which will enable further planning process.
