This project stands four floors high with one level basement for parking and covers a total plot area of 4339 sqm. The design is modern from the extensive use of glass in the façade, the color choice and the very straightforward yet effective as well as aesthetically pleasing shading techniques. The ground floor accommodates large showrooms and upper floors are used for office spaces.
