APG was engaged on this project in supervision stage and special consideration was taken in since the building was already under construction in the time of entering the Project. The full scope included supervision services and obtaining governmental approvals, such as KAHRAAMA, QCDD, DC2, Completion Certificate etc. beside which APG undertook certain design modifications during the process of construction.

The Building comprises of two basement floors, ground floor and two floors that will accommodate offices and ancillary facilities.
