The Building is designed to serve as an office building, with careful considerations of existing environment and limitations of a relatively small plot. The office facility is “split” into two parts to visually increase the volume and contribute to the overall appearance. The Building conserves the same volume from the ground floor up to the roof to optimize the usable space and rentable areas for its commercial usage.
