The project aims to provide a 3-level basement for parking and 7 story building with a useable roof deck which will have a swimming pool. The ground floor will provide rentable commercial spaces and the remaining six floors will contain 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The exterior is characterized by the interplay of different textures and colors as well the surfaces being recessed at different parts of the building creating a sense of irregularity and depth. The use of trellises and plant boxes gives the midrise building a homey feel.
