The proposed headquarter office building located in Foxhalls District, Lusail, is made up of a 3-level basement for parking, and 7 commercial floors. This modern cubic building will contain showrooms in the ground floor and two office/retail spaces, per floor for the other floors with the restaurant located on the last floor serving its tenants only. Special consideration was given to Fox Hill design guidelines and incorporation of boulevard gallery in the ground floor zone that allows for visual integration with the overall street planning.
