The Corporate office building is situated in the new part of Qatar- Energy City which is planned as a business cluster that offers a fully integrated, dynamic business and residential hub. The organic forms that shape the building establish a dynamic feeling while full - height glass windows for the ground floor makes the building appear to float off the ground. The building accommodates showrooms zone in the ground floor and mezzanine floor while the corporate offices are placed on three upper floors accompanied by all required facilities. The office building was designed with desire to create a strong and modern building with sustainable features in the middle of smart and technologically advanced development - Energy City. The building is to apply for GSAS 3-star certificate implementing energy efficient features. Starting from the concept stage the design tackles rainwater run off system, energy efficient lighting systems, law water consumption, and integrates native vegetation systems.
